Dunham & Yallop, Copper Halfpenny, 1792, (D&H Norfolk 28) Obv: A shield of arms of the city of Norwich upon a sword and mace, between crossed palm branches. Around the perimeter SUCCESS TO THE CITY OF NORWICH. Raised shield; no tie at branches; the hilt of the sword points to the first limb of the O of OF; the top of the mace points to the center of H of THE; Rev: A shop front within a circle; DUNHAM & YALLOP over the door. Around the perimeter NORWICH HALFPENNY. 1792; Edge: PAYABLE AT THE SHOP OF DUNHAM & YALLOP GOLD-SMITHS 

Struck from a late-state of both dies. Choice, brown and faded red uncirculated; a drop of red casting wax remaining.

Dunham & Yallop, Robert Dunham (1761-1823) and  John Yallop (later, Sir John Yallop, 1762-1835) were partners in the goldsmiths shop.
